When you're approaching a missed check-in, you'll receive reminders via email, WhatsApp, Telegram and optionally SMS. The system doesn't act on a single missed check-in without giving you every reasonable opportunity to respond.

A cancellation windowEven after a missed check-in triggers the process, there's a buffer period during which you — or someone with your account access — can stop the send. Nothing goes out immediately.

You choose the timelineWhether your check-in schedule is daily or monthly, you define what "going silent" means for your life. Travel a lot? Set a longer check-in window. Want tighter intervals? That's your call.

Your contacts receive only what you writeRecipients get the specific messages you've chosen for them. Nothing is pulled from your accounts, your devices, or anywhere else. You write it, you control it.

Can I update my messages after I set them up?Yes, as often as you like. You can log in at any time to update your messages, change your contacts, adjust your check-in schedule, or add new information. Your messages always reflect the most recent version you've saved.

What if I change my mind about a contact or message?You're in full control of your account at all times. You can add or remove contacts, edit any message, or delete your account entirely. Nothing is locked in.
